Location
Ilombe and Sekoma Islands are situated on the upper Zambezi River, near Mambova Village, Zambia. They are accessible only by boat.
TRANSFERS
We offer road transfers to and from the lodge, taking approximately 1.5 hours from Livingstone and 1 hour from Kasane, including the border crossing via the Kazungula Bridge.
Important Note: Due to Interpol police clearance requirements at the border, self-driving is only recommended if you are using a Zambian registered vehicle or plan to spend an extended period in Zambia. For convenience and ease, we strongly advise making use of our transfer services.
Visa Requirements:
Visitors from SADC countries do not require visas, but other travellers should check their specific visa requirements before arrival.
Malaria Precautions
This is a malaria area, and we provide insect repellents, but you are welcome to bring your preferred repellent.
